I didn't eat breakfast there. The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

The location is great and the room size is a little smaller compared to the 2 queen Beds. I missed the pool due to my busy schedule. The arrangement of breakfast was simply superb. Hotels should keep arrangements for Airport transfer with minibus.

Great location. The hotel is close enough to bangla road to see and experience this part of phuket but was also far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise. The hotel had a good gym and a decent size swimming pool. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel which serve food at reasonable prices. The only downfall was paying a 2000 baht deposit on arrival. Although we understand the need for this, it was our last stop on our trip which meant we ran out of cash and had to pay on our card instead. We have returned home with the 2000 baht rather than spending it on the last few days. There is a pool table in the front bar/restaurant. You need to buy a drink to play for free. This is a shame for customers staying at the hotel. Overall great hotel and would recommend.

Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They smiled and made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and homey. They made the experience better than expected.

Thw Staff were amazingly polite and friendly. The hotel was close to bars and restaurants and a short 15 minute walk from the beach. The rooftop pool was nice but there were not enogh sun beds to meet demand.

The location was good, and the breaky was good. The staff were polite and professional. The travel agent in the lobby was ok, we sorted the elephant and taxi from them

We stayed here for 15 nights and it was such a great experience. We went for our honeymoon. The staff were absolutely lovely, the room was clean and tidy, the food at the restaurant within the hotel was amazing and the price was good as we ordered and ate there too. Location was great in our opinion as it close to night markets, a short distance from the beach and Bangla Rd. All we can say is we had an amazing time and we’ve booked again for next year. Thank you Best Western Patong Beach for Room 615 (09/04/25 - 24/04/25).

It was clean guys like really clean. And the staff were just outstanding. Like wow!!! Kind, generous, always ready to help and ready to give advice for sight seeing. Great people right up to the restaurant they were hospitable.
